A general list includes pencils, pens, notebooks, folders, and a backpack. However, supplies may vary by school, grade and teacher. East Ramapo provides a comprehensive list to guide families.

Thanks to a brand-new East Ramapo opportunity, nearly 60 rising Ramapo and Spring Valley High School freshmen participating in the Smart Scholars Program are spending three weeks on the Rockland Community College campus earning college credit before they even set foot in high school.

It is with great enthusiasm and a deep sense of responsibility that I introduce myself as the new Interim Superintendent of Schools for the East Ramapo Central School District. For the past 18 months, I have had the privilege of serving as the district’s Assistant Superintendent for Personnel. I begin this new role with excitement about the many opportunities and challenges ahead.

The East Ramapo CSD (Spring Valley) announces its participation in the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP). Meals will be provided to all children 18 years and under without charge.

During a special meeting on Tuesday, June 24, the East Ramapo Central School District Board of Education appointed Ana Reluzco as Interim Superintendent of Schools, effective July 1, 2025. Ms. Reluzco brings to the role more than three decades of educational leadership experience in the K-12 environment. She will serve as interim while the Board continues its search for ERCSD’s next, permanent superintendent.
